In order to make sure nothing "falls through the cracks" at your event, we've created the following pre-program checklist that will assist us greatly in presenting the best program possible for your group. Please send us any information such as industry magazines, company/church history, recent newsletters, or product brochures that will increase Franco's understanding of your organization, its products, people, and challenges. If available, please send us a copy of the program that will be used for this event.Please completely fill out the form to your right, press the send button, and a representative will contact you right away.

TRAVEL

AIR

One (1) roundtrip coach ticket is requested.

Franco Charles will make travel arrangements and details will be forwarded to your ministry for agreement and payment. 

We will contact your office prior to making reservations. 

Flight confirmations should be emailed to francocharles@yahoo.com 

Confirmation for travel arrangements is requested at least 21 days prior to the departure date (if possible).

If for some reason you would prefer booking travel for personal/ministry reasons, please call us to further discuss.

Air travel is not applicable for Houston & surrounding areas.


GROUND

It is the responsibility of the requesting ministry.

To provide an adult male to assist Franco Charles while at your event or for transportation, unless your ministry has hired a conference travel service.

If your ministry is using a transportation service, Franco Charles will forward a form to your office requesting the necessary details.

Ground travel is  not applicable for Houston & surrounding areas. However Franco Charles request that there will be a small investment be given for gas.

HOTEL

One (1) King bed at a full service hotel.

Check-in/key distribution is preferred prior to arrival.

Hotel is applicable for most Houston & surrounding areas depending on the distance.


PRESENTATION

One (1) bottle of room tempature water  and a gatorade (During & after presentation)

Project set up for powerpoint if available

One (1) volunteer

One (1) volunteer


INVESTMENT

Franco Charles has a set standard of  $2,500.00 investment. But trust that your organization will make the necessary preparation to honor that commitment.
