A gifted teacher,  information entrepreneur, motivator and Author of Empowered To Serve and Empowered Leadership, Franco Charles has served many organizations in various capacities since 1996. A native of the beautiful islands of the Bahamas, founder and president of Power In The Word an organization that is committed to providing organizations and leaders with the biblical principles that will assist with the fulfillment of their God given purpose. Having since the desire to become a greater asset to other organizations and his generation, in 1997 to 1999 Franco attended World Harvest Bible College, the president and founder Rod Parsley, giving him the opportunity to gain knowledge in biblical studies and church development. He receives his pastoral covering from Apostle Valentino D. Williams senior pastor of Life Changers Ministries Intl. of Nassau, Bahamas, and fellowships with local Pastors and ministers.

Franco Charles Empowering with Power In The Word team has been passionately committed to helping non profit organizations , businesses and schools move their organizations substantially forward, by providing seminars and conferences with advisory services that prepare and position them to raise effective leaders, and help them facilitate their vision and mission for advancement.
